Silicon Valley Chinese Association’s Official Voter Guide for
Bay Area and California 11/6/2018 General Election
1. 打破垄断:近年来加州民主党一党独大,不断制定偏左的各项政策法案,造成犯罪率高升,税收增加,教育退化,政府腐败,大麻泛滥等严重的社会问题。打破一党垄断,避免走向极权政治的最好办法是——注册成为共和党选民,或选举时尽量投共和党的人选;
2. 改善公立教育:加州公立教育的资金总数充裕却质量低下,根本原因是教师工会垄断各级教育部门,成为一大毒瘤,工会热衷推行极端洗脑政策,如男女同厕,过激性教育,左倾政治观念。大家在选各教育部门如学区委员时,请从没有教师工会背书的人选中挑选,才可能减少加州教育的衰败;
1.如果你喜欢的候选人不在选票上,请不要在选票上写他的名字(No write-in),否则选票作废。选举法规定选民只可以在初选中写候选人的名字,大选中不可以;

Otherwise, you should vote for Feinstein. Kevin De Leon is a much worse choice, since he represents the far left Latino liberals, and he is author of SB 54 (California “Sanctuary State” Bill ), co-author of SCA5 and co-author of AB 1726 (加州亚裔细分法案) |

Reason for No: Another wealth transfer program to sacrifice future generations for wealthy. Prop 5 will not benefit most of Chinese immigrants since their prefered counties they like to move to already covered by Prop 90.
Reason for Yes: Pro side considers Prop 5 can potentially increase housing stock in high price areas and help young families to purchase houses close to their work. |
