为什么我们应该支持Kansen Chu朱感生竞选AD24众议员？ 2022伊始，加州人民已迎来一大波新的减罪去罪法案的正式实施。如何从根本上改变这种趋势？唯一的办法就是用选票把反对减罪去罪激进理念的候选人选上去，重新制定符合常识的法案。 SVCA在这篇帖子里将为大家推荐AD24众议员候选人Kansen Chu朱感生（选区覆盖Fremont、Newark、Milpitas、North San Jose），并言简意赅的陈述推荐他的理由和选情分析。 朱感生竞选网站：www.Kansenchu.com Kansen Chu 朱感生的背景 温和派民主党候选人 华裔工程师，小企业主 2007–2014年 San Jose市议员 2015-2020年 原AD25众议员 2021至今 Berryessa联合学区学委 Kansen Chu 朱感生的竞选理念 朱感生反对意识形态至上，主张以务实的方式改善治安、教育、公共设施以及游民等问题。 在这两年疫情影响下，精神健康也将是朱感生加强关注的问题。 Kansen Chu 朱感生的过往政绩 朱感生关心民生民计，在覆盖San Jose至Fremont的原众议员AD25选区一直有良好的民众基础。 2014年，朱感生首次竞选AD25众议员之际，就明确表态反对SCA5打压亚裔学生。当选后，朱感生长期与华人草根组织保持互动，沟通华人关注的议题相关的法案。 在2016年，他对AB1726亚裔细分法案提前预警，并组织华人社区与提案议员Bonta的见面会。在亚裔民众的大力反对和众议院共和党议员的共同帮助下，AB1726最终做了重大修订，去掉了涉及高等教育领域的亚裔细分政策部分。 2020年，又是朱感生向亚裔社区提前示警了Prop16的前身ACA5法案的消息，才使亚裔社区在忙于关注疫情的同时及时行动起来，成功反击了歧视亚裔、打压亚裔学生的Prop16法案。朱感生也因没有跟党部保持一致，遭到党内竞选对手断章取义、混淆视听、无底线的攻击。 朱感生也一向反对削减警察经费，他担任众议员时就曾于2019年8月争取到375万元的经费给Fremont, Newark, Milpitas 和San José 的警察局来遏止砸车偷窃的罪犯。他认为应该给予警察支持，同时改善警民关系，让执法单位能合理合法的维护社会治安。 朱感生在诸多议题，如反对激进性教育、反对娱乐大麻合法化及毒品减罪去罪化等议题上，都与亚裔社区草根民众的理念一致。 多年来朱感生及夫人周云菊热心公益事业并努力为提高在美华人的地位做实事。他在North San Jose争取到以著名华裔女作家《南京大屠殺》(The Rape of Nanking)一书作者张纯如女士命名的纪念公园–Iris Chang Park！疫情期间，朱感生多次召集华人社团为抗疫一线的医生、护士、警察、消防等工作人员捐赠医疗物资和食品。类似善事不胜枚举。 Kansen Chu 朱感生的对手和选情分析 因为加州按2020的人口普查数据重新划分了选区地图。朱感生将参选的是州众议员选区AD24，选区覆盖Fremont、Newark、Milpitas、North San Jose，为亚裔聚集区。加州众议员的初选是open election，即不论党派，只以得票数排位，前两名的候选人将进入大选一决胜负。所以可以说，6月的初选即决战，选战激烈程度远超过十一月的大选。…
